Using a range of components such as a harmful gas monitor, a dust sensor, buzzer, and a WiFi-connected microcontroller, I created a working prototype for an indoor air quality monitor that connects to smart home systems to alert users of dangerous air quality.
This is a prototype of an automatic plant watering system. Using a soil moisture sensor, a 5V water pump, and a WiFi-connected microcontroller, this device utilises Twitter's API to post when the soil is too dry, and when it has been watered.
